Return Policy

We do not exchange seasonal garments or accessories, Christmas, Easter, Saint Patrick’s, Valentines, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Etc.....
We only exchange if there is a factory defect & this have to be 5 days after receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange something that runs a bit small there will be a restocking fee of 15%.
You will need to pay for the shipping.
Shipping is never refundable.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
If you have a defective garment send us an image to the phone provided or email we provided you, do not forget to include your order number for a faster response.

Shipping Policy

We usually process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. We use either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to ship your order. Usually your order will be delivered in 2 - 5 business days, depending on how far you are from Dallas, TX. Unless you request in advance, we will not require a delivery signature service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Kids Charm, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
