Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

All returns must have an RMA number or your merchandise won't be accepted.
All returns must be done with 7 business days of receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers' seal.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there id minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking fee on all returned goods for credit after 7 days.
No store credit after is issued after 15 days.(Absolutely no returns for special orders)
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on the invoice does not included shopping and handling fees.
Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same style or will be credited back in the account. Shipping and Handling are not refundable both ways.
Private Label Merchandise sales are final.
Customer is responsible for shipping charge both way under all circumstances. However, If we are reshipping defective items, shipping is Free for domestic orders. For International orders, a credit will be given.
There is no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with RMA number will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question.
International Order Policy: We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. The Sang DBA will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees. If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuse to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. The Sang DBA. reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at The Sang, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
