Shipping & Return Policy
We�ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased at Oli & Hali on LAShowroom.com for return or exchange.
We won't be able to accept broken packages meaning missing a size or sizes due to your sales of the merchandise. All the returns should be a full pre-pack as you received them.
If we receive your returns at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, we�ll issue a store credit towards your next purchase from us.
All return requests for damaged items are to be submitted within 7 days of receipt. We do NOT authorize returns due to fitting issues not warranted as a manufacturer�s defect. For all the damages or defects that are less than 6pcs in total, email photos of damaged areas, and after we review the photos you sent via email, we will issue a store credit for your next purchase with us. Email damage photos to [email protected] if necessary along with your order number.
All our merchandise (except for immediate delivery styles) is cut to order. Please double-check your order and make sure all styles, colors, and quantities on your order are correct. All the cancellations/changes to your order are to be submitted in writing within 14 days of the last date of the show through Fashiongo messaging system. Please email us at [email protected] or text us at (213) 973-5006 regarding any changes made to your order. If you do not receive a confirmation for the changes you submitted within 2 business days, it is your responsibility to contact us and confirm we have received your request.
Please note that if we are not able to get in contact with you in regards to your orders within a period longer than 2 weeks, we will process and ship all available items on your order, and you will be responsible for all the charges applicable.
