Shipping & Return Policy
· All our merchandise (except for immediate delivery styles) is cut to order. Please double check your order and make sure all styles, colors, and quantities on your order are correct.
· Please note that if we are not able to get in contact with you in regards to your orders within a period longer than 2 weeks, we will process and ship all available items on your order, and you will be responsible for all the charges applicable.
·Only one extension for payment will be accepted. Absolutely NO last minute cancellations will be accepted.
Non-paying buyers will not be able to place future orders with us.
All return requests for damaged items are to be submitted within 7 days of receipt. We do NOT authorize returns due to fitting issues not warranted as a manufacturer’s defect. For all the damages or defects that are less than 6pcs in total, email photos of damage areas and after we review the photos you sent via email, we will issue a store credit for your next purchase with us. All the cancellations/changes to your purchase order are to be submitted in writing within 14 days of the last date of the show. Please email us at [email protected] or text us at (213) 973-5006 regarding any changes made to your order. If you do not receive a confirmation for the changes you submitted within 2 business days, it is your responsibility to contact us and confirm we have received your request.
