Return Policy

All sales are final for non-quality related issues. All claims, including returns for non-defective items, must be made within five days of receiving the goods. Please contact us before returning the goods to obtain a return authorization, as returns without prior authorization from our company will not be accepted. Please note that to prevent fraudulent returns, we will not refund shipping costs for non-obvious quality issues and may charge a return fee of up to 25% of the product value. All our products are not for secondary processing or dyeing. Please carefully review our size chart before purchasing to reduce disputes caused by size issues. Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after pre-authorizing your payment. If there is a brief shortage of stock, we will promptly inform you via internal messaging and phone. You can expect to receive your items within 3-7 business days after shipping. We provide a guarantee of delivery time, and if your order is not delivered within 7 business days after shipping, we will offer compensation accordingly. There may be cases where we ship items in multiple boxes, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. Currently, we do not support self-pickup or customer-provided delivery label services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order placed with Amel Chic, please contact us via phone or through the internal messaging system. Cancellation requests should be made within 48 hours after placing the order. We will pre-authorize your payment before processing your order to ensure smooth payment. Unless under exceptional circumstances, we do not accept cancellations for orders with pre-authorized payments. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 15%.
