Return Policy

We have to be notified within 14 days of delivery date including weekends, if you wish to open an RMA, if not, no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time.
If your order qualifies for a return label issued by us, customer must give us the correct return package weight and dimension in 24 hours. The weight and dimension must be correct, if not we will overcharge the shipping difference, we will cancel the return request and no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. Return package must have an update within 72 hours after receiving the return label. We will cancel the return label and no credit or refund will be issued if instructions are not followed.
Most RMA�s must be returned at the customer�s expense within 7 business days of delivery date, and if not, we will cancel the return request and no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. Make sure to provide return tracking within 72 hours.
Please make sure all items are in original packaging and unworn, once we inspect we will issue a refund within 3 days of receiving the package.
