About Zoey Simmons Jewelry

Zoey Simmons Jewelry started out in Rhode Island in 1992 as as a design house for some of the country's largest retailers, including Nordstrom's, Bloomingdales, Saks 5th Avenue, Armani Exchange, Holt Renfrew, & BCBG, just to name a few. Eventually we began manufacturing our own jewelry and in 2006 we moved our manufacturing operation to Bangkok, Thailand. In the same year our designs became available to independent retailers worldwide. Currently we offer more than 3000 original designs and introduce new styles monthly. With a focus on affordable mid-range materials, including sterling silver, brass, and semi-precious gemstones, Zoey Simmons Jewelry is the perfect choice for today's wholesalers & retailers. When fashion is constantly evolving at a record pace, it's nice to know that you have a partner who's always one step ahead of the next trend. Currently we maintain an office in Massachusetts to handle returns and drop shipping, our main office and factory located in Bangkok, Thailand, and a regional office in Taipei, Taiwan. Even though we started out as a small company today we have grown into a brand with a truly global reach. However, we're still always available to assist our customer's in any way that we can and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Normal processing time is 3-10 days for 95% of our orders, depending if all items on your order are in stock and available for immediate shipment. We do attempt to keep all items in stock, however with more than 5,000 current items, it's impossible to keep 100% of items in stock at all times. In the event that some of your items are out of stock but are expected to arrive from our factory within 5 business days, we may hold your order until those items arrive. Also, please note that some of our designs may require assembly. So, even if an item shows as in stock on our website, it might require some additional assembly time from our production team. If you need your order in a rush, please don't hesitate to email or call us, and we'll do our best to rush it for you. If you'd like to check on the status of your order please contact us by email for an update.
Duties & Taxes
For our customers in the USA, 'there's no import duty'. For international customers outside of the USA you may be responsible to pay import duties. Please check your local regulations to determine the amount of duty you might expect to pay. For most countries the average is between 5% - 20% of the invoice value.
Tracking #'s - Use Of Customer's Accounts
Once a shipment has left our office an email will be sent with a tracking#. We use Fedex as our preferred carrier. If a customer has a Fedex account# that they would like to use instead of our account for their shipping charges, we're happy to comply. Please email these details to us and we can use your preferred account for billing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Zoey Simmons Jewelry, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
