Return Policy

At YMI Wholesale, we do pride ourselves in our products and hope you are satisfied with our outstanding quality and service.

Damages:

If for some reason you have received a damaged item or incorrect style, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 business days. Please provide your business name, order number, style number, style color, size and a clear photo.

Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and return ground shipping label. Store credit will be issued only once your return has been received and all items are accounted for.

*We do not offer overnight or 2 Day shipping for replacements orders - All packages will be shipped with ground shipping option.

Returns Accommodation:

YMI Wholesale has a two-week return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise from an online order, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 323.581.7700. We will gladly issue store credit for a return request submitted within 14 days upon receiving your delivery.

Submit your business name, order number, style number and color/wash so we may begin to process your Return Authorization. If approved, you will be issued a RA which will need to be printed and included in your return box. Items will need to be returned back to our facility within 14 days from the time the RA is issued.

Styles being returned must be undamaged, with original tags attached, in complete packs and shipped on your own terms. Store credit will be issued only once your return has been received and all items are accounted for.

Please note, all returns must be approved prior to shipping to receive credit. Any returns sent to our offices without prior approval will not receive store credit.

Notes:

All returns will be issued store credit to use towards future orders. No refunds will be given.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and need to be provided by the customer for return accommodations.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping out or receiving store credit. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Any requests for returns after 14 days will not be approved.

Review all products in your cart and confirm they are correct as well as your shipping address and billing address. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Returns are valid only on merchandise purchased through our wholesale websites.

We are not able to offer any exchanges at this time.

Update Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at YMI Jeanswear, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
