Shipping & Return Policy
All returns must be in original packaging (polybag and tags attached).
We will exchange any and all items with factory damages.
Buyers are protected by a 7 - day window from receiving day of the good (date scanned as delivered by carrier).
Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping unless it is factory damaged or our team sent an incorrect order.

We have the quickest shipment turnaround time. We want to get your items to you as fast as possible.
Place an order, and once full payment is made, we can ship within ONE business day.
We are open Mon-Fri, Closed Sat-Sun. Orders placed Sat-Sun will be shipped the following business day when full payment is made.
We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Preferred Trucking Companies, and LA Showroom Consolidation.
We always choose the cheapest shipping method for our buyers, unless buyer has a strong loyalty to a shipping carrier.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE.
Buyers are responsible for returning if cancellations are made via La Showroom Messages and shipment has already been shipped.
Orders are only able to be cancelled prior to/before shipment.
Returning the package to us will be at the cost of buyer-- unless our staff is at fault.
