Return Policy

* All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

* No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)

* 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT.

* $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

* Claims for any damages must be made within 10 days after receiving the merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.

* Price on this invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.

* Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages)

* Order Cancellation *
(1) Pre-order and back-order items cannot be cancelled.
(2) Any order cancellation request after the order has been shipped will result into a direct/flat restocking fee of 25% from your ordered item.
(3) If you request an order cancellation after 36 hours have passed since the moment you placed an order, your order cannot be cancelled.
