Return Policy

All sales are considered final. All claims, such as damaged or defective items returns, must be made within ten (10) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a return authorization. otherwise goods will NOT be accepted. Any returns or store credits will NOT be issued without company's authorization.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Valentine, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests must be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
