If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist you with your return requests.
To file a claim on damaged or returned items, please email us at [email protected]
Returns [refused, unwanted, and damaged item(s)] must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your
package, for store credit only.
Returns [refused, unwanted, and damaged item(s)] made after 7 calendar days of receiving, will be charged a 20% restocking fee without notice, for store credit only.
Returned items must be in the original unworn condition, with tags attached, and in the manufacturer’s
packaging to avoid a 30% fee without notice.
If the customer received free shipping for the item(s), the customer is responsible for returning at their
own expense.
Absolutely no returns on special orders. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping and may
receive store credit.
If a return is sent to us without confirmation, store credit will not be provided.

COD payment option is not available on the first order.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur. 
For the shipping transit period, please visit the specified shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided via email. Your order will ship with our primary courier FedEx unless you select an alternative method. Alternative methods and/or couriers can incur additional charges.
Make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order at check out to avoid the $21.50 fee for changing the shipping address after shipment is made.
No residential surcharge will be added for all residential areas.
There is a $5 handling charge for every shipment. Backorder will have a handling charge of $2.50.
Urbanista is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 
Shipping discounts and free shipping are not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories such as Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers in these areas must pay the full shipping cost, which is determined by the package size, weight, and the chosen courier service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Urbanista, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
