Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) calendar days after receipt of goods. If 5 calendar days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original state and condition and in their original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns other than defective/damaged items. To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization request and provide us any additional details or photos for wrong item, damages or other claims. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs. Nor do we cover the charge for returns to be sent back to us with the exception of goods that are faulty.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - five (5) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made.
To cancel orders placed with us at Up Clothing, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
