Return Policy

Return Policy / Damage Merchandise Claims

It may happen that you receive inventory that is defective or damaged. In that case, please make a claim within 2 days of reception and we'll send you a replacement or a credit note.

* Report claims to [email protected] within 2 days of merchandise arrival.

* Write a detailed explanation on the damaged merchandise. Include the invoice number, style number, style number, color, quantity, size and photos of the damaged item.

* All returns must have a corresponding authorization (RA) number.

* All damaged items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all labels and hangtags intact. Any claims received without the original packaging and all labels and hangtags attached to the merchandise will not be accepted. We will ship it back to the buyer at the buyer's cost. If the buyer does not provide a shipment label within 30 days, the buyer agrees to forfeit merchandise to the seller.

Shipping Policy

* Price on invoices does not include shipping, duties and handling fees.

* Shipping and handling are non-refundable (Including but not limited to all refused and unacceptable packages).

Cancellation Policy

*Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in LAShowroom, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
