Return Policy

Not all sales are subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. WE DO NOT CREDIT YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT If the goods are damaged, they may be returned for monetary amounts if sent back within 7 days of the date in which they were received. Claims for any damaged items must be made within two days upon receipt of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS If for any reason you are not happy with the goods received, it is your responsibility to send the goods back to us within seven days of the date received AN RA NUMBER MUST BE GIVEN . FOR A STORE CREDIT If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved prior to the cancellation. Once provided, the customer has seven days to send returned items to our warehouse. A RETURN AUTHROZATION MUST BE APPROVED AND ALL CLOTHING MUST BE SENT BACK IN LOTS . The customer is responsible for shipping all items back to us. No return labels will be provided. All returned items must be in the original packaging with all pieces included. !!!! which means if open its the original package ! All returned merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee. No store credit is issued after fourteen days. NO EXCEPTIONS here are absolutely no returns for special orders. 20% restocking fee will be charged if you send the goods back opened not in the original condition that you received it The price on the customer’s invoice does not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non- refundable. These include, but are not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.
