Inspired by the fashion culture of the Arts District in Los Angeles, Top Avenue. has launched their young contemporary graphic tops line that personifies a full circle of art, beauty and fashion. We want to develop comfortable every-day clothing for women that allows for them to express their individuality, creativity, emotions and expressions at any given moment. As a flower blooms, we want all women to "Top ave" and embody their beauty and free spirit through our collection of body options, colorways and artwork to go beyond any season and all wardrobes.

Shipping & Return Policy
All our items are made-to order , We do not carry pre-made inventory . The moment we receive your order , we start the production process .
Because of this , we are unable to accept Returns or Exchanges .
We will issue a credit (store credit only) for defective or damaged merchandise. The original shipping charge and return shipping cost are not covered under this policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of any returned item.
Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees.
No store credit is issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
All return should be accompanied by an order confirmation number. Please email the order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. The credit will not be issued to the return items without the complete original packaging materials as they have to be discarded.
For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the order confirmation number on the package, and please include the copy of the email from Top Avenue.
We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS /USPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS/ USPS
Orders will generally be shipped within 3-10 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

To cancel orders placed with us at Top Avenue , please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
