Shipping & Return Policy
All merchandise must be counted and carefully inspected upon receipt. We are not responsible for any goods altered from the original delivered form.
**All claims or demands for defective merchandise must be made in writing via email to our Returns Department at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.
**Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days after we accept the return. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.
**The buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping charges. It is your responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of returned merchandise to prevent any damage during the shipping process. We will not be liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any returned merchandise during transit.
**All credits will be applied as store credit. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns.
**No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price.
**Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed (and with the hygienic liner).
**Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached.
**Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
**Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise that do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 - 7 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
Orders will be shipped by the FedEx/DHL/UPS International Express.
A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at The Moment Collection, please contact [email protected] or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
