The Jewelry Junkie opened its doors in 2004 with a simple mission in mind: to provide high-quality hand crafted artisan jewelry and boho accessories at affordable prices that help support local and national charities. Many years later, although our product offering is ever-changing, those values haven't changed, and we've grown to become one of the leading handmade jewelry manufacturers today. 10% of all our profits are donated to charities that are close to our heart.

Shipping & Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All non-defective item returns must be made within (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization as goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company. We can be reached at [email protected] A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. For non-defective returns, items can be exchanged for other items as no refunds are given. For defective or missing items, all damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise The Jewelry Junkie Inc. offers is completely handmade in the state of Texas. As orders are made-to-order they will generally be shipped within 14 days of receipt of full payment. Order will be shipped using the UPSP system and tracking will be provided upon shipment. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us at The Jewelry Junkie, please contact us by phone or sending us an email at [email protected] Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 1%% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "order status" section under "status" after they have been approved.
