Return Policy

Return Policy and Procedure:

1. Returns are accepted with limitations -- See below. You have 5 days to review your merchandise. Call your sales rep within those 5 days to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. No late returns accepted.

2. Send back only the styles that have been approved. No unauthorized styles accepted back.

3. Please repackage the return in the condition it arrived to you with the original tags and our bar-code intact. Place the plastic garment bag back over the item.

Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $14.95 will be charged for UPS (3-7 days) shipments within the contiguous United States. International shipments will be charged at the lowest rate possible, and are subject to available rates.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by UPS (3-7 days), unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Any orders cancelled after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the UPS charges.
