Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

** All our items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. If any items are out of stock, we will message you !! **
** SHIPPING: We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. However, it takes about 2~3 business days for us to process and ship. Please be advised and place order in timely manner.
** The shipping time usually about 5-7 working days. We do NOT offer UPS & FEDEX expedited shipping service at this time. Both carriers are experiencing delays because of vast increases in volume that they have to process and they cannot guarantee that the selected method will arrive on the promised date. **

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
** If there is an issue with payment, we can hold the order for 7 days then we will have to cancel if we are not able to obtain payment within a time frame because we will not be able to hold inventory. **
