Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
Claims for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. The customer will assume return shipping costs and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)

All returns must include an invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned.
When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.


Claims for any missing item must be made within 1 day upon receipt of the merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 1 day upon receipt of merchandise.

-Or any other damages caused by the receiver.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are necessary, they must be requested within 1 business day after placing an order within our working hours.
