Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within (5) days after of goods. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately refund or exchange cannot be offered. To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization request. Please include your invoice# in the subject line and the following information in the body.

-Company Name
-Invoice Number
-Style Number
-Size and Colors
-Quantities
-Reason for Return
-Photos of Defects or Issues

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, send a request with your reason for the return, provide any additional details or photos for wrong item, damages or other claims.
We will reply back with a confirmation and what to do next.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Style Up, please contact us by phones or by sending us a message through the message system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation request should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the “ Order Status” section under “Status” after they have been approved.
