Spikes and Seams was founded in 2012 by mother daughter duo Lorie and Lindsey Isaacs. We are proud to be female and family owned and operated. We specialize in one of a kind womenswear crafted with love and care by our small team. Our made to order process encourages minimal waste and allows us to honor our commitment as an environmentally conscious brand.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately.

All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible. Loungewear typically up to 4 weeks for shipment. We are usually able to ship samples for use in product photography prior to complete order shipment. Please contact us to arrange immediate shipment of product samples. All orders ship via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow for order cancellations. All sales are final.
