Return Policy

Customers must contact us and request a return approval before returning merchandise. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. If there is a damaged goods, we will give refund. If customers want to return non damaged goods, return must be initiated within 2 days. Buyer pays for return charge and there will be 20% restocking fee and only store credit is given. If customers refused to take package and package comes back to us, we still charge shipping and handling charge. This only applies to unopened boxes. There is absolutely no returns on special orders. There is $5.00 handling fee for all orders amount up to $299.99, and it's $10.00 for all orders more than $300.00.

Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. There is $5 handling fee on all orders up to $299.99 and $10 on all orders above $300.

Cancellation Policy

Buyer can cancel an order anytime without a penalty until merchandise ships.
