Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued. -CANCELLATIONS- If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer MUST BE APPROVED by manufacturer before any order can be cancelled. Any order cancellations requested after 24hrs upon receipt of confirmation message/email will result in a 5% cancellation charge. -BACKORDERS- Items out of stock at time of initial order will automatically be placed as a Backorder. Unless specifically cancelled by the customer, backorders will ship when merchandise becomes available. -RETURNS- If a return is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved by manufacturer before any merchandise can be returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customer's own expense. All returns within 7 days will have a minimum 10% restocking fee if the merchandise is returned in unopened condition. 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise for store credit after 7 days. No refund, exchange or store credit will be issued after 15 days and ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS. It is the customer's responsibility to ship back products to our facility for exchange or store credit. $25.00 charge for any returned checks. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for exchange or store credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Invoice total might not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE (Including but not limited to all refused, unaccepted or missed package deliveries). Any charges and/or fees applied to Goldspark by a shipping carrier due to customer applying the incomplete or incorrect shipping address will be applicable to charges to the customer's invoice.
