Return Policy

To file a claim on ONLY damaged items, please email [email protected] for your return authorization (RA) Request.
All claims must be made within 5 days upon receipt of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted without company's authorization and invoice number.

Please include your Order No. Packing list No. or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:

-Company Name
-Address
-Invoice Number
-Style Number
-Size(s) & Color
-Quantity
-Picture of damaged


We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged.
All damage claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

There is a 15% restocking fee charge will be added to merchandise returned without any defects or unauthorized return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All sale items or discounted and �special order� items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.

Additional information.

1. No order will be released from shipment if a past due balance exist.
2. 1% Per month Finance charge on all past due balance.
3. All returns must be authorized in advance by New Jersey Office.
4. Claims for Shortage or Damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
5. Refusing shipment over THREE times will result in Account closure.
6. Back order will be cancelled after 45 days from acceptance of order unless otherwise noted.
7. Invoices past due 90 days or more will be sent to COLLECTIONS.
8. $15.00 Charge for incoming fee added when customer use wire transfer.
9. All returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 charge.
10. Post dated checks will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the [email protected] must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within the same day the order is placed.
All sales are not subject to a refund.
Numerous cancellation will result in Account Closure
