Simply 2's Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items for store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to receive an authorization number, please call us or send an email to email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of goods with the following information:

NO REFUNDS. Merchandise exchange or store credit only.
S2 will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER the aforementioned indicated dates.
All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.
The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice. In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned orders due to client error are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Simply 2's Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can submitted be via emailed to info@Simply2Fashion.com or by clicking the "Message" button located at the top of every LA Showroom S2 store page. Cancellations can only be processed the same day that the order was placed during regular business hours.
Simply 2's Shipping Policy
We offer several shipping methods to ensure that you get your order timely.
Ground, 2nd Day, 3 Day, and Next Day Air shipping options are available. The rate is based on the size and weight of your packaged merchandise.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS, and international orders are shipped via the United States Parcel Service.
International orders require a copy of the front and back of the credit card as well as your passport; the name on both should match. We want to protect your identity and prevent fraud whenever we can.
If orders are placed by 12 Noon (PST), we are typically able to ship your order the same afternoon; meaning you get your merchandise as soon as possible. However, the day you place your order does not count as a UPS shipping day, so please let your client rep know if you need to expedite your package.
We are usually able to ship out orders that are received by 12:00pm PST the same day.
