Return Policy

To return a product you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All requests for return must be done within 5 days of delivery/receipt date. This can be done by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. NO FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED OR COMPENSATED UNLESS WRONG MERCHANDISE OR DEFECTIVE ITEM WAS SHIPPED BY US. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. All items must be shipped out to us within 5 days of receiving return approval. All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All products returned must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original boxes and packaging material.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 22% restocking fee & 8% handling fee. Only Items that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled. Please send a request for cancellation within 24 hours of submitting order by e-mailing us at [email protected].
