RIVIR, the name created after the founders most loved individuals R.R & V.R. The So Cal based brand launched the Young Contemporary line in 2019. The inspiration and prospect behind the project was to re- create the vision of fashion and how people suit up in today's life. The collection is available to view in our showroom in Downtown Los Angeles.

Return Policy

- ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
- NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- ALL RETURN MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- 20% OF RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Shipping Policy

- Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

- You can use your own label with handling fee of $5, and customer must set up for schedule at our location. In this case, all responsibility on customers for any issues.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at RIVIR, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
