Return Policy

CLAIMS
-All claims must be filed within 5 days to receive credit. In order to serve our customers better, we require that you submit the following information at the time the claim is filed: invoice number, item number, and specific reason for dissatisfaction.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
-All items are subject to inspection and reviewed for final approval by our return center. Item(s) returned in used or unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
-There is a 30% restocking fee for merchandise that is returned to our inventory.
-We cannot exchange or refund SALE/CLEARANCE items
-Exchanges only on defective items. (Must be like for like item).
-All items must still have all tags attached and in an original condition.

Shipping Policy

All shipments are shipped through UPS ground, unless customer requests and pays for the difference.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at SassyBling / Paisley Vine, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
