Return Policy

All sales are final.
Defective claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Photos of damages must be sent to [email protected] ALL returns MUST be approved before returning.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our returns department. Rose Velvet is not responsible for sending returns back if sent without approval.
All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
All returns will be processed under store credit.
The credit amount will be the amount paid for the returned merchandise.
All claims will take up to 5-7 days to process.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods.
Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the website.
Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed.
Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for packing and handling.
Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
