Return Policy

All returns are done through email ONLY- please contact our returns department at: [email protected] to obtain an RA#. Please provide your order number, company name, style number, quantity, photos of the item, and the reason for the return (damages, concerns, etc.)- any missing information may delay the returns procedure. The returns department will respond to you at their earliest convenience. All claims for damages, defects, and missing pieces must be reported within 5 days of reception. All non-defective items must be reported within 14 days of reception and may include a 20% restocking fee. Any claims after 14 days will not be approved. Returns with no return authorization number (RA#) will include a 40% restocking fee and store credit only. All sales are not subject to a full refund. Depending on the case, only store credit may be available. Not all returns qualify for a return label and in this case, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the merchandise. Any COD packages that are refused will be subject to additional shipping charges and all pending orders will be held. If not prompt action is taken, access to the website will be denied and additional fees may be applied. $25.00 charges to all returned checks and fraudulent charge backs.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made PRIOR TO SHIPPING. The buyer is responsible for canceling and monitoring all pending orders no matter how old it is. A written request must be submitted for order cancellations- we do not do phone cancellations. Please send us a LA showroom message or email us at [email protected].
