Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.
Shipping Policy
Ricarica will generally ship merchandise via UPS. If customers wish to use a different method of shipment, make a note in the memo on Purchase Order. Please feel free to email or call us to discuss as well.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped out on the same day. If merchandise must be shipped on the same day after 2 PM PST, please email or call and ask for special care. For any changes or cancellations on order, contact us as promptly as possible. Ricarica is unable to cancel or make any changes after shipments are completed. We also have a flat $3.00 handling fee per order and $1.00 per additional box in the same order.

For most cases, the order will be shipped out the same day. If there are any reasons for cancellation or changes to the order, please contact us and do so as promptly as possible.
In the event that the order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to stop the shipment. The order will have to be sent back to us once received, and a refund or store credit will be available once the merchandise is returned (return shipping is not provided for these cases).
There are no restocking or cancellation fees. However, merchandise will not be held for extended periods of time at our discretion. We also have a flat $3.00 handling fee per order and $1.00 per additional box in the same order.
