Return Policy

-Free returns within 10 days of receiving your order, And we will provide return labels. (The contiguous US only)
-If you would like to return an item that is older than 10 days, please get in touch with our customer service, but we will not provide a return label.
-We do not accept returns for more than 30 days.
-Please send back our original packaging, we may charge a 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Retro Fashion, please send a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
