Further, we understand not all customers have the same size requirements. So we encourage our customers to send us a message if they would like to customize the size ratio in the pack they order.

As a fast fashion brand our emphasis is on trendy fashion at value prices. We are not a high-end brand, if you are looking for very high quality clothing then we might not be your first choice, our pieces are good value for money with standard quality.

Broken size packs: If we are running low on stock, but can ship out atleast half of the pack then we ship it and refund the rest. If it is less than half then we do not ship the item and give a full refund.

Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company.

If the return inquiry is approved, the items must be immediately sent out by the customer. We should receive the return no later than 10 days after approved for return. We will refuse refund if we do not receive the items back within 12 days of approval, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refund or exchange for damaged goods or wrong deliveries is free of cost. Other returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%

Shipping Policy

We ship out our styles directly from our warehouse in China to your doorstep using DHL and FedEx shipping cost is around $5.50 per pound (footwear is a little higher.) Order over $1,000.00 we offer a 5% discount and order over $2000 we offer a discount of 10%.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at REFLEX GARMENTS, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
