Shipping & Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt return or exchange.
All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 DAYS of receipt for store credit only. Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE'S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Merchandise returned AFTER the 7 day return policy has a 20% restocking fee. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

The dates on the pre-order items are estimated shipment dates. They are subject to change without advanced notification but you can always view the most current date in your order history section. Please email or call us with if you have any questions regarding pre-order items.
There is no guarantee that in-stock items ordered will ship together. Items listed as in-stock are usually in stock but there can be exceptions due to many of our products being sold out quickly. In this case, your items will remain on back order until the next pre-order date if there is one. Please email or call us with any questions regarding this. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours within order placement (orders placed on Friday’s or before a holiday will be shipped on the following business day). Exception to this is if we On-hold your items (as described in the On-hold items section).
Orders that have status of On-hold means the items are held for you while awaiting arrival of other items that you’ve ordered. We do this for items that arrive at our warehouse within 3 days of one another so they can be combined into one shipment. If item arrival times are farther than 3 days, we will ship the merchandise as they are ready. The pre-order dates will give you an idea of which items can be shipped together but they are estimated dates so please be remindful of that. All On-hold items will be charged for the held items and shipping fee. When other items on your order become ready for shipment, we will charge for those items plus any difference in shipping cost.
To cancel orders placed with us at Reborn J, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
