Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return purchased merchandise if there is a defect, post-marked within 7 days from the date received for a full refund of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction.
Any Ranee�s merchandise returned to us must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags attached and in original polybags. All returns must be approved with a written reason included with the original shipment. Please include the "Reason for Return" next to each item. You may use any shipping carrier you choose (UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking of your shipment, as we are not responsible for any lost return packages. Once your package is received please allow 8-10 business days for your return to be processed.�You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

Cancellation Policy

We gladly accept cancellations made within 2 hours from the order being submitted. Please make sure to double check your order before submitting to avoid any need for cancellation or adjustments. Once your order is confirmed, that means the order is being prepared and processed. Cancellations will not be accepted beyond this confirmation point.
