Return Policy

-ALL EMAIL AND WEB ORDERS HAVE A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. IF MERCHANDISE RECEIVED IS NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED, PLEASE CONTACT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE TO RECEIVE A R.A. # ([email protected])
-Claims for any damages must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of your order.
-All items returned for credit must be in the original state with all labels intact.
-All returns MUST be returned back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your ordered shipment. All shipping costs for returns (except for the wrong items shipped from us) must be paid by you. There is a restocking charge of 25% of the order amount for all returns after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

-You can cancel the order before the order has been shipped by writing to us at [email protected]
-The cancellation will be effective before shipping and you will get a confirmation email but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it. If your order is cancelled after your
-Credit card/bank account has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your card/bank account.
-The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by QWASABEE and accept QWASABEE’s decision regarding the cancellation
-Refusals: Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable orders will result in charges for any additional shipping expenses incurred, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
