Return Policy

All damages must be submitted for approval no later than 2 weeks for domestic
and 3 weeks for international customers from the date of receiving the merchandise.
- All returns/exchanges must be approved by PRIMI.
- Any returns or exchanges without approval or proof of purchase WILL NOT be accepted.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition.
- Any items with signs of wear, label changes, etc. WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
- Special Pricing/Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- After a damage/return/exchange is agreed upon, goods must be received in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Primi, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
