Shipping & Return Policy
You can file a request for Return Materials Authorization on any items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any damage like snags or tears, and free of any unfamiliar fragrance.
All RMA requests must be filed within 3 business days after your package is marked as delivered.
All RMA filings later than 3 business days after delivery or sent without prior notification and authorization are subject to refusal, store credit, and/or a restocking fee (10$ or 15%, whichever is higher).
All return packages received later than 10 business days after authorization are subject to refusal, store credit, and/or a restocking fee.
All returns must include their original piece ratio (i.e. all six pieces of a six piece pack), packaging, manufacturer tags, and accessories.
Returned items missing any of the aforementioned or failing to meet pre-shipped condition will be subject to refusal, store credit, and/or a restocking fee. This is determined at our sole discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only defective and damaged item returns are eligible for prepaid return labels.
Failure to notify us of any defect or damage within the given RMA form will disqualify any request for prepaid return labels.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Petal Dew ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays.
For all ground shipments, please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be prepared. This is NOT included in shipping time estimates.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to be picked up by UPS.
** Please note that if your express order includes pre-order/back-order styles, they will ship out with ground service once they are available. You may request to ship your pre-orders/back-orders as an express order, however, an additional shipping cost will be charged.
We work closely with UPS to provide the fastest and cheapest shipping cost.
Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout.
After the actual weight of your order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted.
Most packages will default to FedEx. You can track these packages at UPS.com. If shipped through UPS, you can track your package at UPS.com.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin updating.

Requests for cancellation are valid until a package has been marked as delivered. If you wish to request a cancellation on an item that has been delivered, please file for a return.
Cancellations for orders AFTER they have already shipped will not have their shipping charges refunded.
