Return Policy

Returning Merchandise If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please complete return request form within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Perfect Peach, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
