Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for being our customer, we appreciate your business. We hope you find our return policy convenient and easy.
The RETURN policy described below applies to ALL ORDERS.
All claims must be made within 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS.

- All returns must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wraps.
- All returns must include original invoice number, style number and item cost.
- All returns must be pre-approved for return
- A credit memo will be issued for all returns. The credit memo can be applied towards future purchases.
- Our company cannot be liable for any damage (including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage) caused directly or indirectly after receipt of merchandise.
- Our return policy is VOID if you have sold the merchandise and it has left your store, you are then liable for damages.
- All returns must be shipped regular, non-priority mail.
ALL PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER FOR A CREDIT MEMO TO BE ISSUED FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

- Please provide invoice number, style number and item cost.
- Any unauthorized returns or unauthorized items return will NOT be issued a credit.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Panache Accessories, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
