Return Policy

In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Shipping Policy

1.We do not accept rush orders. Please understand. We do our best to process orders as soon as possible. However, due to super high volume of orders. Orders are expected to be shipped within 3~5 business days from payment authorized date.
2.All orders are processed on a first come-first serve basis, we are unable to jump the line
3.If payment is rejected/declined, we will contact you via email or page message to confirm again. If you do not reply to us as soon as possible within 8 hours of receiving the message, items ordered may be passed on to the next person in line
4. If an item is out of stock, you will only be billed for what is shipped, unfortunately our staff members are not able to call prior to processing your order
5.We will send your goods in the most suitable way, but we do not provide the option to specify a courier service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at ONTINVA INC, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
