Shipping & Return Policy
1.All claims of damages or returns must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods (checked by tracking the package). Please check merchandise immediately.
In order to start returning or exchanging, please send us an email at [email protected] or Fashion Go message.
Please provide all detailed information and images of any fabric or clothing related issues to help support your reasons for return/exchange.

We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Any items with signs of wear, label changes, or modifications will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
2. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. And Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping. All sale items or discounted items and certain items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Before ordering items, Please check our size chart first. Size and Fit issue is not an exchanging or returning issue.
4. If the returning or exchanging is from Change of mind, You will be charged a return label fee and 20% restocking fee.
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS/Other shipping services will be returned to our store.
We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order.
Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label and returning fee
