This vendor only allows returns on defective items. This vendor does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.In order to return, a RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, company name, style number, quantity, color, size, reason, pictures. A restocking fee/penalty of 30% will be charged for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages. COVID19 AND SHIPPING: Due to the pandemic there may be a delay in deliveries. Tracking may not update right away. ON TIME DELIVERY IS NOT GUARANTEED.

To better serve our customers all orders are packed in front of cameras after they have been checked by 2 people to ensure our customers receive their orders correctly. If any item is missing or shipped incorrectly, we can check right away and remedy the situation. Pre-orders are charged when the items are in store and ready to ship. Orders will generally be shipped same day or next business day AFTER receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. If you need your order shipped same day, we ask that you call and confirm shipping. Request to be contacted before charging will delay processing your order for up to four days. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made(please note we are no longer offering expedited shipping, customers are always welcomed to send their own shipping labels). Orders requesting COD will automatically be canceled. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
To cancel orders placed with us, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. CANCELED ORDERS will impact your account negatively and you may be blocked from the website. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
