Return Policy

Return Policy:
Any order return must be let our customer service know in 7 days include the weekend (the day after customer received the package). if not, no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time.
If we agreed to return and agree to provided the return label, customer must give us the correct return package weight and dimension in 24 hours. (the weight and dimension must be correct, if not we will overcharge the shipping difference) if not, we will cancel the return request and no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. Customer has to ship out the return package in 72 hours after received the return label. if not, we will cancel the return label and no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time.
If we agreed to return and not agree to provided the return label. Customers must return the order by themselves in 5 business days and provided the return trucking. If not, we will cancel the return request and no credit and refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time.
All the return items must be in their original clear bag together with order copy paper or order number in or outside the return box. if not, we can't find the return order and additional 10% restocking fee will apply.
We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.

We have an estimated processing time of 2-3 business days. (not Guarantee). If the items have shipped, any cancellation request will not be available. if refuse the package, we won't refund shipping cost.
After the order was shipped, any address change is not allowed. We will overcharge $20, if we found customer change address after we shipped order.
We ship the items and sizes that are in stock unless instructed otherwise on the notes. If you would like to be notified with any sold outs please add a note on the order.
For clearance items, we may not have full pack, the quantity will be sold as it is. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
