Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. For any damaged items or packs, we will issue an RA and return label to ship the damaged item(s) for a replacement if available OR store credit applied to your next order OR refund of your choice. However for non-damaged items and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, shipping purchased items back will be at the expense of the buyer for store credit or a refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied. All RA requests must be authorized within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. For any questions regarding our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Due to our currently high volume of orders. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis in the order it was received. Generally it takes 2-3 business days to process orders but always the possibility of shipping orders on the days they were placed.
We do not offer hand deliveries to companies in Los Angeles for labeling or packaging services. We are located in Irvine about 40 miles south fo Los Angeles. Any requests for hand deliveries to these companies will be shipped via UPS.
Our company ships through UPS. If you would like your order shipped through USPS, you will need to make a note of it to contact us on your order provide us the labels as well as scheduling the pick up. We will provide the weight & dimensions of the box and our address as well
To cancel orders placed with us at Miss Sparkling, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
