Return Policy

At Million Colors, we cherish our customers, thus we offer a 14-day try period. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the merchandise for a full refund. If 14 days past and you wish to request a return, please follow our RETURN POLICY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You�ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we�ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

RETURN POLICY
If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, we will not be accepting returns and refund the amount. We will gladly ONLY accept merchandise(s) that meets the following eligibility:

Unused
Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that pre-orders are not considered sale items.

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - four (4) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders placed with us at Million Colors, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
