Return Policy

All sales are considered final. Any claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will not be issued without a RA number. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on unauthorized and non-defective returns.

Returns are issued in credit memos that may be used on any future purchases with MG Clothing.

Shipping Policy

We always make it a priority to ship on a timely basis. If payment is authorized at the time we receive your order, your order will generally be shipped same day. If payment is delayed and we are not able to contact you, shipment will be delayed until payment is received. For same day shipping, please place your orders before noon (12PM PST).
