About Melody

Distributors of various labels.

Designer Ryu well known for her beautiful satin lace slips started out as head designer for Mrs. Goo in Korea 1977. Her partner and husband Mr. Kim managed several production factories.

In1987, Melody Wholesale established in the Korean fashion market. They exploded into Japan, China, Europe and other Southeastern Countries.

The story under Melody addresses: creative expressions through varied sportwear styles of young and better comtemporary lace, tulle, and crinkled mesh. Elements of European washable linens that have beautiful textures and prints, and an outerwear collection of comfy faux furs.

Ryu inspirations get created through her beloved passion of vintage and Eoru dressing. She takes cues from delicate fabrics and textile designs that inspire her. This results into a gallery distint intricate laces, tulle mesh, satins and comtemporary lines that make up the beautiful collections.

Ryu also blends fabrics that lend themselves to beautiful and ethereal effects. This allows for her designs to capture a broad customer base from casual day wear to a special occasion such as a wedding.

Through Ryu`s aesthetic desigins of creating each collection in its own unique form has welcomed a vast majority of consumers to Melody Wholesale, Inc.

Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority here at Melody.

Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.

If you returning merchandise due to change of mind or not as expected, you can request return as guideline within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
However, return shipping is buyer's responsibility for any reason. Also, shipping fee is NOT subject to refund for all cases of return.

Please provide your PO#, style number, color and quantity for your are returning with reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to ten business days to process upon receipt of the item. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

All sales are NOT subject to a refund. Only merchandise exchanges or store credit will be issued.

If an order cancellation is necessary, please read our cancellation policy.

For all returned merchandise, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee depending on returned merchandise condition.
Please return all merchandise with manufacturer's seal. Opened packages or store's hang tag or price tags will cause additional restocking fee.

No returns for special orders or discounted items.

Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Shipping and handling are non refundable in any condition. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses.
Shipping rate will be charged on the customer's expense.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if the order has not yet shipped or begun processing by us, regardless of whether the order is a first order with us. If the order has already shipped, you can not cancel it.
