Shipping & Return Policy
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on our full-priced item(s) if your item(s) is damaged/defective from the manufacturer. Item(s) should be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We will not accept items without tags. For item(s) returned after the specified 1 day of receiving the order or that do not meet our policy outlines, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed.
FAULTY ITEMS
Customers are entitled to a full refund within the same day of received date if goods turn out to be faulty. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused due to customer negligence, such as, but not limited to, pulls from wear or not following the care instructions, will not be eligible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. Please contact us to claim a return. Please provide your Order No. as well as much information as you can regarding the fault, including images where possible to enable us to advise you quickly and correctly the best method for resolution. We will contact you via email to confirm the next actionable steps within 2 working days.
REFUNDS
We are not obliged to provide you a store credit until we receive the product(s) back from you or we receive evidence (such as proof of postage) from you that you have sent the item(s) back to us. Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable, and we deduct a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns.
If your return has been rejected for any of the reasons stated in our policy, your item(s) will be returned to you along with a letter outlining the reason(s). If you are approved, your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

SALES
All sales are final and only qualify for a return if your item(s) is damaged/defective from the manufacturer or if the wrong item was shipped. Shipping and handling fees are also non-refundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) with the original packaging to receive store credit or an exchange.
DAMAGE RETURNS
Customers need to notify their sales rep of any damages upon receiving the order. Items returned after allowed return timeframe will not qualify for exchange or credit. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.
INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Please contact us within 24 hours from the delivery time. We will be glad to assist you for any product related issues. Replacement will be based on product availability. If the product is no longer available, store credit will apply. Items sent without its original condition/packaging will not be accepted and will not be eligible for store credit.
